We all went to Holy Thursday Mass of the Last Supper. Arwen started feeling a little nauseous. Bear and I chalked it up to the incense. and didn't think much of it except that she started regurgitating that night, when she finally stopped being nauseas, she was still in serious stomach pain all Good Friday, and still making offerings to the commode. So, while Bear stayed home to tend to Arwen while Galadriel and I went to church. Saturday was quiet until nighttime, when Bear gets hit with this. Then Galadriel gets it in the morning. Arwen and I went to church. Then I got it in the afternoon. Then, last night, Frodo, our last bastion of health, got ill. Today, everyone is still slightly queasy and rather grumpy. There is a certain persistent odor lingering in the air, and no, it is not easter lilies.
At any rate, I hope you all had a Happy and Holy Easter. By default, it was most likely better than ours. If it wasn't. I don't want to know.
Scripture to keep in mind
Six things there are, which the Lord hateth, and the seventh his soul detesteth: Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, A heart that deviseth wicked plots, feet that are swift to run into mischief, A deceitful witness that uttereth lies, and him that soweth discord among brethren. My son, keep the commandments of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother. ***Cf:Douay-Rheims Proverbs 6: 16-20
