The Perception that is Canadian vs The Reality that is Canadian

No lie - on my dad's side my grandparents and great grandparents all said "eh". They were from Canada. So did all the people on our street who were Canadian. I even picked up the habit for a short time as a child! Of course that was a long time ago - I don't hear people say it anymore. Haven't heard it in over thirty years, actually.

Well, they did say it a lot in the past. But we don't really use it much any more

Scripture to keep in mind

Six things there are, which the Lord hateth, and the seventh his soul detesteth: [17] Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, [18] A heart that deviseth wicked plots, feet that are swift to run into mischief, [19]A deceitful witness that uttereth lies, and him that soweth discord among brethren. [20] My son, keep the commandments of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother. ***Cf:Douay-Rheims Proverbs 6: 16-20
